Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. 

  • Remaining balance is due at least seven (7) days before the event date. Note: you may choose to pay in full at time of booking or pay remaining balance anytime before the seven days.

  • If full payment is not received at least seven (7) days before event date, your booking will be cancelled. Any amount paid will be refunded minus $60 per character plus a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation with 14 days or more notice before event date will be given a full refund.

  • Cancellation with 13 days or less notice before event, any amount paid will be refunded minus $60 per character plus a 5% processing fee.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling with 14 days or more notice before event date, no reschedule fee.

  • Rescheduling with 13 days or less notice before event, a rescheduling fee of 10% total amount.

Performers:

  • It is at the discretion of Glass Slipper Entertainment to decide which performer will act as the character at your event, based on availability and schedules. 

  • Our standards of service are the same for each performer and they all love working with children. We take pride in our training and level of authenticity, you can rest assured you’ll have the most magical experience.

Adult supervision:
There must be at least one adult present with the children for the duration of the scheduled booking with Glass Slipper Entertainment.

Parking:

  • To protect the “magic”, our performers will park out of sight for most events.

  • If performers cannot find street parking, and need to park in a driveway as a last resort, please keep all guests away from the front door or window(s).

  • If the event requires paid parking, the parking fee is the responsibility of the Client and can be pre-paid with the booking or paid in cash to the performer at the end of the event.

  • Please indicate suitable parking options at time of booking if parking may be a challenge.

On location:

  • Please provide a chair or somewhere for the performer and birthday child to sit.

  • Some of the activities may require an open space (song and dance/freeze dance, games).

  • Upon performers’ departure, although it may be difficult, try to have the children transition into another activity (ie. food, gifts, cake cutting, games etc), this way it also protects the magic as performer leaves (it's not as magical if they see how she leaves :)  ).

Exclusivity:

  • We do not work with, and will refuse to provide services with, any third party companies/freelancers/performers (or alike) that provide the same or similar services as we do for the same client at the same event.

  • Client is responsible for disclosing any of the above at any point before the event date.

  • In this case, our cancellation policy will apply (see above).

  • Our staff/performers have the right to refuse services upon arrival to event location if any third party companies/freelancers/performers (or alike) are present at the same event for the same client. If this happens, client is not eligible for any refund.

  • This policy is in place to ensure we can fully provide the quality services you pay for, and to protect the Company’s brand reputation and high quality standards.

Non-smoking:

  • To protect the health of our performers, events must be non-smoking in the vicinity where the performer is interacting with guests. 

  • Performers are not permitted onsite if guests are actively smoking, and have the right to vacate the premises and relocate to an area with no smoking.

No pets:
Performers are not permitted to hold pets and pets are not allowed to sit on the performers’ laps.

Zero drug tolerance:
Glass Slipper Entertainment has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Performers reserve the right to leave the site if drugs are suspected. No refunds will be issued if this is the case.

Performer safety:
Glass Slipper staff or performers reserve the right to leave the site at any time if they feel unsafe or if illegal activities are suspected or engaged in, they will first attempt to resolve the issue with the client. No refunds issued.

Imagery, photo(s) and/or logo(s):
Client must obtain written permission for use of any Glass Slipper Entertainment imagery, photo(s) and/or logo(s)

Affiliation:
We are not affiliated with any international (private or publicly traded) company. Our Princesses are based off of modern and classic fairy tale stories. I have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions, and signed below:
